Generally speaking a certain level of stress is actually beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>If we consider 100% to be a level of stress that would cause our &ldquo;heads to explode&rdquo; then a beneficial level of stress would be around 30%. More or less.<\/p>\n<p>On average most of the clients that I see start out with a level of stress of around 75%.
