I really enjoy writing articles, recording meditations and making video presentations.
The topics that I pick are generally ones suggested by my clients or from my group trainings.
And the format of the topics, either an article a meditation or a video, also come from client suggestions.
I would like to widen my sources of inspiration.
So, I am asking for your help in picking the direction for the topics of my blog and newsletter. I am also asking for your help in determining the best method to present this information.
