I have been writing a number of articles recently about stopping negative thoughts and empowering positive thinking.
I wanted to take a break and in this post instead of writing a long article I thought i would give you two meditations to help with this process.
Both of these meditations are about staying in the present. When we are in the present it is impossible to be negative. Negativity comes from thinking about the past or worrying about the future.
With these two meditations you will have some tools to more easily stay in the present.
Both of these meditations were recorded during classes that have have giving.
